Practice reminders: clear distractions, set up a soothing environment, play music if you’d like, have props or things to be warm near by.
If you don’t have the classic yoga props - it’s ok! You can use bed pillows + get creative. Work with what you have.
Most importantly - get on your mat and begin.
These classes end with me quietly leaving you in a relaxation pose. This is so you are welcome to stay for as long as you’d like. Thank you for practicing :)
