Often our best intentions to practice can be pushed aside by the things inside of us that tell us we don’t have enough time. Understandably, a whole luxurious hour or more to practice may truly not fit into the every day schedule of tasks and to do’s.
This series will show us the impact and benefit of fitting a practice in. Each Friday we will partake in a 30 minute Restorative class: starting out with gentle, joint and soft tissue nourishment and moving into deep rest.
This series in particular will focus on a variety of restorative back bends and supported chest openers to make space around our shoulders and heart.
These classes will then be sent out and last for the entire four weeks of the series for you to return to throughout the month, when you have time.
