These are live virtual class sessions that take place through the platform of Zoom. In order to participate all you need to do is click the link of the class you want to take!

Monday Mornings 9:30am CST
Yin / Restore

This class will be slow and nourishing. We will begin with a practice of Yin Yoga, a patient practice where each pose will be about 2-5 minutes long. The postures are practiced in soft, supported ways while we explore sensation and work with our connective tissue, tendons and ligaments.

We will then go a little deeper into relaxation by practicing Restorative poses, where we use props to help our bodies experience effortlessness.

Have a bolster, blocks, blankets, a strap and something to cover your eyes.


Tuesdays 9:30am CST
Grounding

This will be a 60 minute class that focuses on integrating the movement of your body to the pace of your breath. The practice will include balancing poses and work with the deep core for supporting the spine. We will flow through postures slowly, practicing in the orientations of standing, seated and lying down.

Please have either a yoga strap (or a belt, tie or long piece of sturdy fabric), a blanket and a pillow.


Thursday Mornings 9:30am CST
Mellow

This will be a class of gentle breath connected movement, approachable balance poses, and restorative poses.

Have a bolster (or pillows) , a blanket and a strap (you can use a tie, belt or towel).
